The veterinarians at Northside have years of surgical experience. We offer a wide variety of procedures, including elective spay and neuter procedures, lump/mass removal, cosmetic, hernia and revision procedures.
Anesthesia Information
Pre-anesthetic Instructions

Please remove you pet's food so they do not eat after 7:00 p.m. the night before anesthesia and do not offer any food the morning of the procedure. Fresh water should always be available.

Drop off your pet to the hospital between 7:45-8:30 a.m. the morning of the procedure, unless previous arrangements have been made. A consent form will need to be signed at drop off.

Procedures are performed in the morning. If you do not receive an update please feel free to call to check on your pet.

Animals having surgery will stay overnight and can go home between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. the next day, unless other arrangements have been made with the doctor.

Animals having dental procedures can usually go home later in the afternoon when fully recovered from anesthesia.

All charges for services performed are due at the time the animal is picked up.
