Dog & Cat Boarding
Northside Veterinary Hospital offers dog and cat boarding. Our climate controlled kennel can accommodate all pet sizes from toy breeds to giant dog breeds, as well as multiple pet groups. All dogs are walked several times each day in our spacious, fenced-in backyard. We also have large outdoor runs to allow extra leisure time in the warmer months.
In addition, we offer our deluxe cat suites- the suites are separate from regular boarding providing a quiet, comfortable environment for cats. We also have cat condos- located in our lobby- which allow cats to have a view of the outside from a comfortable 3-story cage.
We provide all the necessities for your pet, including bowls, toys, blankets, litter boxes and food, but we welcome anything you would like to bring for your pet during their stay. However, if your pet has a food allergy or is on a special diet, we recommend bringing their own food for the duration of their visit. Our assistants are happy to dispense medications, as well as perform other tasks, such as brushing and nail trims, if requested.
Our facility is flea-free and as a precaution, each pet receives a Capstar pill (to kill fleas for 24 hours) prior to going home. We require that all boarding animals are current on vaccinations, including DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies for dogs and FVRCP for cats.
