How do I become a client at Northside?
You may schedule an appointment with the receptionist and we can arrange for your first visit. Please come 10 minutes before your scheduled time so that we can fill out the appropriate paperwork.

What if I am transferring from another veterinarian?
If you are already established at another veterinary hospital and would like Northside to become your primary pet health care provider, then simply call your present veterinarian and have them mail or FAX your records to us so that we can update our files with any previous histories or vaccinations.


What are Northside's payment options?
We expect payment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, check, visa, mastercard and veterinary pet insurance. Emergencies do happen and we know that in some cases payment arrangements have to be made. In these cases, we expect 1/2 of total bill at time of pickup and a payment contract is made on the balance. The office manager will go over the paperwork with you and come to agreeable terms.
